Grant of Rights :: Licensor hereby grants to Licensee the Rights in and to the Master and Composition for the duration of the Term throughout the Media. In consideration of this grant of rights Licensee agrees to pay the Fee outlined in the table below.

Fee :: $50 :: Licensor agrees to reported to ASCAP.any additional royalty information.
Licensor represents that it is the owner or administrator of the Master and/or Composition as listed above, and that it may enter into this synchronization license. This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the state of IL, and venue shall be proper in the county of Dupage.
